I created 3 boards titled 'Asia', 'Australia' and 'Africa, as I will be creating 3 different chocolate packaging for these countries. This was so when I come to make my packaging I can use these boards as inspiration for the design.
I then searched for elements associated with these countries. E.g. Australia - kangaroos, aborigines, boomerangs, didgeridoos, etc, and added these pictures to my boards. So that I can use these elements for inspiration when drawing my packaging. Below you can see I have searched for 'australian animals' and pinned a few animals that came up from Australia.
Here is another example of searching for elements for my board. I searched for 'Asian Culture' and pinned the elements I thought I could use as patterns and elements to be featured on my Asian chocolate packaging.
Below is my Australia mood board. I have filled it with a variety of subjects such as art, animals, boomerangs, didgeridoos, aborigines and colourful pictures.
Here is my Asia mood board and I have filled it with traditional art, architecture, geishas, lanterns, and bright red colours.
Africa is a very culture rich country therefore I pinned lots of pictures associated with the culture so to get a broad range of pictures for inspiration. Also I love Africa so researching this country was really interesting as I find the people, animals and culture fascinating
